River Optical

I had my eyes tested went here and ordered glasses. I travel with my job . Picked up my glasses and went away for work . The glasses were transitions and were hard to read with and I was told it may take some time to get used to them . After working away from town, I returned slightly after there return policy, I was annoyed this company would not even take the time to look into it.Needing glasses for work I got another eye exam and this optometrist confirmed the previous test was accurate . I ordered new glasses through these people and they got it right ! I am happy nowI wasted time and money going here.

Came to River Optical first time for three kids eye exams today. Ladies were very friendly. Got all three kids seen and checked within hour and a half. Wonderful experience from the start. Excellent customer service for my kids. We have never met a nicer lady. I would commend her completely if I could remember her name..lol. My daughter felt so comfortable not judged or pressured at all. Absolutely the best service met our budget exactly. Couldn't say enough. Doctor was patient, kind and took time to answer our questions. We will continue with River Optical for our whole family! Thanks to the entire staff. Will recommend to everyone we know!

Went in on Monday during the freezing rainstorm because I broke my glasses and desperately needed a replacement pair as my backups are 10 years old. I ordered two pairs of glasses as well as a trial pair of contacts and paid in advance. Was told 2-3 days, and I called today (Thursday)just to see if they were on schedule and was told yes, the lenses arrived; they'd be ready todayI just received a call that they messed up both pairs of lenses in their machine and that I would not be getting anything until mid next week. I wouldn't have settled for frames from their store if I was willing to wait over a week to get them.They had two tries to get me a pair a glasses and blew them both. Shame on me if I go back

Best eye doctor around! we enjoy every experience we have and they really go above and beyond for their clients! Would 100% recommend them to everyone!

The staff is very friendly. The eye appointment was booked within two weeks of my call which is very impressive. The the doctor I saw was nice and took the time to answer my few questions.

booked an appointment, the soonest they could get me in was about 2 months after i called, showed up for my appointment and they told me they didn’t write it down so now i have to wait another 3 months with strained eyes. didn’t even offer to put me on a cancellation list or anything!
