Great customer experience. I made a phone appointment to get a hitch installed. Installation was quick, easy and painless. We picked up a bike rack as well. Would totally recommend them.

Excellent Service!! Very Professional and they go above and beyond to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the work. I went in today to get a hitch installed on my car (for my bike rack), unfortunately i had misplaced the keys for the hitch lock. They gave me a free lock and did a great job at a good price. Highly recommend this place for all your trailer needs.

I went there because I was having a light issue. The professionals there had me in the bay immediately. They assessed the issue and had it dealt with in minutes. It was just some fuses. I went to go pay, but they took care of it for free. Obviously going back

My expierence with the Trailer Hitch Centre was good, Mike the technician was excellent, but when it came to sales staff, namely Tim,he in my opinion is a dishonest person, he removed 4 tires & 4 rims that belonged to me,these items were at the Trailer Hitch Centre, I went into this business and asked Tim to return them to me, he said that he was not prepared to do that, I said that I would be suing him, Tim said “go ahead and sue me”, that is what I am in the process of doing.

Well that was very pleasant. I asked for my weight distribution hitch and trailer setup to be reviewed to see if it was dialed in correctly. The guys looked at it, said it was pretty good, made some small adjustments. No charge! Well done guys I will be back for sure when next I have a need.
