Jubilee Queen Cruises

We went on a cruise in the Summer. It was a day cruise. The process was easy, we got on the boat and we were seated right away. The music was great and DJ was amusing. We left the dock and enjoy the Harbourfront views while sipping on some white wine. We were so fortunate that on that day we could see the giant ducky!!! Now onto the food, it was buffet style. They had salad, pasta salad, bread, sausages and chicken! The chicken was my favourite! It was really good. Then for dessert we had some cake. The captain extended the cruise so we could have our desserts. It was really nice. We were not rushed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was such a great experience my family and I won't forget and can't wait to go again! Thank you Jubilee Queen!

I was very excited for our upcoming cruise as we had birthday celebrations in order. Upon entering the boat the disappointments already started. There is only 1 set of bathrooms located on the ground level and they are in dilapidated shape and in desperate need for repairs. I went to the bar area and ordered a bucket of beers only to be told by the bartender that I would be given no bucket or ice, and would have to hold the 5 drinks in my hand. This is absolutely disappointing that a boat cruise did not have basic capabilities for serving guests. The tables on the top floor were all crammed and overly close together, which just made the overall experience even worse. I've been on every party cruise boat in Toronto and this by far is the absolute WORST as the boat is old and dilapidated and in desperate need of repairs! It's disappointing to see this as they've had over a year in the pandemic to get up to par and failed to do so! I don't recommend and will NOT be back!

Bought 2 tickets for the dinner cruise and both of us truly had an enjoyable time. The food was very good and the 2 hr. cruise was nice. However when we first got there and handed in our tickets we were very upset that they did not have a table assigned to us. They tried to set up a little table in a corner but we refused to accept that. Someone else did not show up so we got their table. This was only after they saw that we were upset. It seems that more careful attention to detail is necessary since we had purchased our seats over a month previous to our cruise date. This is why I have graded the experience as a 3.

Had a wonderful time on the Jubilee Queen with 3 other gals. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We did not wait long to get on board, the food was hot and there was plenty for seconds. The music was great and we danced a lot. We are going back in August 2019. Shout our to Adam, Mary and Charlie!

Do not recommend. The boat is old and decrepit and the generators blew which took out all the power, so no music (dj) or light. Both women's and men’s toilets stopped working 30 mins after departure. Due to both issues boat had to turn around and return to the harbour which took forever since they had no generators. Laughable. There is no outdoor area for sitting, just a small spot at the front of the boat where everyone was crowded. However, the crew and security had a tough job and kept everyone in control and were helpful when disembarking.What a rip off. Save your money for something more professional.

We had reserved the boat for a couples celebration for over 140 people. We had the entire boat for ourselves.We’ve been using this service for over four years and this year was the worst year ever.The staff was friendly as always however they were not ready or equipped to serve us all , as the previous years.Few of the issues were:-PA and TV screens system were some what broken / outdated, so communication with microphones and PowerPoint /slides were not working properly, same with the music.-Food serving took more then 2hrs. When In the past years everyone was served in 45 min. To enjoy the meal together.-There was a malfunction pop machine which they were able to fix during the 4hr tour.-We asked for coffee or tea as always and the coffee machine was broken and didn’t had hot water to serve tea. (Unacceptable)lack of preparation without checking equipment a day prior to event departure.-We were suppose to return to port at 10:45pm and we got back at 10pm, 45min short of tour.-Management did not offer an explanation for the poor service given, just an apology.We appreciate the apology however there was no discount for the shortage of the trip and the lacking of the full paid service.-Overall the boat looks rundownAnd poorly maintained, the equipment and the crew did not prepare to give us the proper service we paid for otherwise machines and crew would have been ready to serve the amount of people on board.Sorry to say but I believe this would be our last use of they’re service.

We took the Air Show lunch cruise over Labour Day. If you plan on doing this show, you MUST arrive on time for boarding, so the boat can make it out to the designated viewing area on the lake. A few people ran a few minutes late and that meant we missed our window of opportunity. The marine police turned us away just as the air show began. Needless to say, we had to circle the island to reach our viewing point. An hour later!The food was better than expected especially after reading a few comments here. We really enjoyed it. Buffet options salads, choice of chicken or pasta or both. The crew was very courteous and accommodating for those with dietary restrictions. Note it’s a cash bar for drinks non-alcoholic and alcohol. The coffee and deserts were nothing special.Great to see the air show once we finally made it. Amazing vantage point.

We had a lovely work party on board the jubilee queen for a dinner cruise and cocktails. Beautiful views, weather, music and food. Thank you for allowing us all to let loose while sailing around the beautiful Toronto harbour! Highly recommend!

My husband and I received this cruise as a gift from our children. We decided to use it for our anniversary. To tell you the truth we were a little skeptical. But we had a wonderful time! The staff were above and beyond friendly and eager to help in any way. The food was very good and we had a wonderful time dancing the night away. The view from the ship was breathtaking! I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone. Hope to do it again sometime soon! Thank you everyone for a great evening!Gail and John

security guys are so worthless , they just for the view ,you can do whatever you wanna , dont know how bartenders feeling safe with them. For sure they doing something illegal because they are taking cash without taxes and even more , very disappointed new years evening & customer service.
