Breakfast food quality has really fallen off a cliff. The bacon egger is basically airline food quality. Sad.Location is clean and well kept and staff are friendly.Food isn’t what it was though.This will be the last time I go to any A&W for breakfast.

This A&W will make you feel like you're back in the 90s with how often they mess up your order.Pancakes?? Lucky if you get syrup and butter with it.Breakfast sandwiches with sesame buns? You'll probably get the English muffin.It's not once in a while, either, it's literally every time. Check your entire order, or be prepared to do a 360 and go back to the window.

This location is super yummy, and I don’t mind coming back here and there however when I received my food today, the fries were cold, and my burger did not taste thoroughly cooked around the edges of it. I understand that working at a fast food chain can be stressful at times too. Overall, the other times I ate from here were good.

This location used to be good. Now they serve OLD product... Gravy was UNDER 140 degrees. Burger was UNDER 140 degrees. **YES... I carry a thermometer with me (for this very purpose)** This place is going to make people sick. Not sure how they passed their health inspection. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!***EDIT*** They try to offer a gift card instead of an actual refund to try to combat negative revenue. Super shady practice!***OTHER EDIT*** I believe this location is committing fraud... as our original receipt showed a total of $23 and change... but the original charge was for $31 and change... ***further edit pending***

I went to this A&W franchise store in Nepean and got the smoked gouda cheese Uncle burger and enjoyed it. The service at the drive through and the food was consistently good and met my expectations.If you like my reviews, videos or photos give them a family size thumbs up

Service was extremely slow, mostly in waiting to place my order. Seating was very limited. When you ask for scrambled eggs, you get a fried egg that you have to cut up yourself to make it look scrambled. Breakfast is overpriced for just classic breakfast. For the price, you can dine in at a lot of restaurants and get the bacon you can't see through and home fries. These issues were specific to this location. I haven't noticed this at any other A & W location, besides price of course.

Drive through and walk through are open. Food is high quality. Friendly staff. Almost instant service. Amazing! Interestingly it shows them super busy and you can see constant flow of cars through it. Google shows estimated time up to 3 hours :D I think there is a bug or something. They have large parking lot and nice outside area, you cannot sit inside. Hand sanitizer is not by the entrance, but by the pickup area.
