I have ordered many parts through these guys. Now they tell me I have to pay up front. I travel a hundred miles to deal with them. Not anymore. They just lost a good customer. Called again to see if I can pay by using debit. I was told I cannot. That I would have to come in. I will not spent 100 on gas to go pay for a part and another 100 to pick it up. Owner says it is to better serve the customers but it more like serves himself than anyone. A person should at least be able to set up an account to better serve the customer. I guess I have to eliminate the middle man now and go online shopping at the direct source.

Went in last Nov 2022 to buy a new lawn tractor, the guy at the counter looked like I was bothering him when I asked about the model I was looking for. He told me to come back in the spring as he didn’t know what models were available. I was very insulted by the way he treated me, I was a regular customer there for parts on my old tractor and skil blower and trimmer I bought there for years. I bought a new tractor with snowblower attachment down south the next week. I now bring my business to valley outdoor equipment in Val Caron, I would highly recommend these guys over forest and lawn, if you like being treated with a little respect.

Great service but don't come here for a good deal. They made it clear they won't compete with other dealers, and while other dealers may sell for less these guys said they won't. So start elsewhere if you want a deal. To sum it up. Nice people, MSRP prices.

Purchased a Husqvarna 395 had excellent service but due to a defect in the saw they exchanged the saw no problem . The staff are excellent to work with and always go out of their way to help you. This why I go to forest lawn the service is the best in the business

Last couple times I've been in there, the no it all the front desk has screwed me... Wrong oil, wrong chain...I've decided... Amazon same product and I don't have to drive down the Kingsway for bad service...
