My sub was delicious! Crunchy and fresh I was really impressed with the quality. But the best part about the restaurant is the super nice and friendly staff. Staff greeted everyone and was able to take customers orders who were in line. They are also very quick so the lines move fast! Clean restaurant as well, all no dirty tables and clean floors. Great location

First I want to give a big thanks to the staff here.I had misplaced my $169 Apple Pencil and had narrowed it down to a few places I'd been at the day before. They found it and held it figuring I'd return. Cheerful, honest people.Thanks!I have never been disappointed with any subs I've gotten here in the 35 or so years I've been a customer. The foods fresh and the place is clean. Two thumbs up!

Great place to grab a fresh sub for lunch or dinner, all the employees are super friendly. Also Johnny the owner makes you feel like your part of the family.

Had a great experience visiting this location today. Super friendly, family owned business in Oakville serving great fresh subs. Always a great spot for lunch when im in the area, will be back!

Just one comment, if I'm ordering take out. There's an excellent chance I'm eating this in my car or something. I should not have to ask for a napkin! That should be a given. Is the bag the napkin? Just wondering.

This isn't your typical franchise. This is a 2nd generation FAMILY-run Mr. Sub. They know their regulars and greet new customers the same.

Will not return to Mr. Sub or this location ever again. They had know idea how to toast a sub or make one for that matter, we ordered 3 subs. Ordered a gluten free sub for my wife who has celiac, totally cross contaminated while making it, same knife, same cutting board etc.. The turkey tasted off, the bread wasn't fresh, we ended up throwing out half the sub. Never again, we'll be going back to Subway instead.

Order from here twice in one day. BOTH times they forgot my cookies. I called to ask why. He said, call skip the dishes for youRrefund" and hung up on me
