Chow Bella Pet Health Store

I’ve been shopping at this store for 3 years. After my first couple of visits I was greeted upon entry with my name and asked how my dogs were by name. I’ve always had excellent if not above and beyond service. Aleah is so knowledgeable and helpful. I have a tricky pup to feed which she has been helping me with. Even ordering products in for me that she doesn’t usually stock in order to help my pup. Her staff are also the most polite and helpful. You won’t have any regrets supporting this great local business. Thank you for your continued support!

These ladies are so sweet and take such great care of my little pup! He is very scared of the groomers because of past experiences but he is very comfortable at chowbella! Plus, he always smells and looks fantastic when I pick him up! Each service is done perfectly and never disappoints :)

She is able to address many issues such as anxiety in my pets, and uses a holistic and nutritional approach.She often will email me suggestions or new suitable products for my pets. I absolutely love Chow Bella. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I have been taking my pets here for years. I have tried other groomers, and no one does it like Jodi. Even though I live in Calgary now, it is well worth the drive because of the amazing service and professionalism. You can tell the whole team takes immense pride in what they do. Just wonderful.

Love this cute little locally owned store! They always stock the best products & every-time I go in I love looking at all the neat new products they bring in. Aleah the owner is super friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. She takes the time to greet me and my pup Juniper by name and gives the best advice!!

Always enjoy coming to Chow Bella. The owner and staff are very friendly! Super knowledgeable in pet products especially with dietary requirements for my fur babies. I love that they know me by name as well as my boys. If you can't find what you want or need the staff with always try to accommodate or suggest something better. Makes you feel at home!

Really unfortunate that after 2 years I will no longer take my pups here. I have spent thousands of dollars in this shop, only to be treated in an unfriendly manner after having adopted Howie the kitty that they need to rehome because he was destroying merchandise, and probably just unhappy living in the shop. That was 5 months ago. Since then Aleah became more and more unfriendly, I don't know why. Never asked about Howie unless I brought him up. Odd because they said they really wanted to know how he was doing ... keep us informed! So I took it upon myself to call and speak with Crystal, the owner, and she did not care in the least! She was only interested in telling me that her life was so busy expanding her business, as well as taking care of her sons, she just didn't have time for me or my concerns. What ever happened to the saying the customer is always right?" I know for sure that I am probably not even welcome there anymore because I should have gotten my reminder for my pups grooming tomorrow and have not received any. I could not go back there now anyway as it would be so awkward and just uncomfortable. I am now taking my pups for grooming at Luxurious spa

Excellent service! Had my cat Leroy in today for a lion clip and they did a great job! Leroy was in and out quickly, which I’m sure he appreciated because after all… he is a cat! He’s already a happier kitty and thus now has a very happy mom! Thank you all! (Posted from Hubby’s account)
