This company is very friendly and helpful. They came within 15 minutes to help me to open my door. I locked myself out of my room, I am living in trauma due to a senior friend from church came to my house searched my belongings and took my stuff and I saw them took it but they didn’t give me back my belongings. I will definitely recommend any one to use their service.

I called these guys when i locked my keys in the car. It was evening and I had a job interview the next morning. My spare set was safely locked in there too. I felt like an idiot. Robert arrived when he said he would, got me in my vehicle with no damage, didn't charge extra for after hours, and was so courteous I felt like less of an idiot. Amazing service.

Big thanks!!! I called Richter Lockworks after my doors lock broke causing me to be locked inside my house with my baby and some company.They were very quick to show up.Robert was super polite and professional and quickly got my door open and my lock replaced.Thanks again for turning my stressful situation into a funny story to tell.

Richter was amazing! After we got broken into, our doors and locks needed replacing. Richter was right there! They not only fixed our locks and doors. They stayed with us to reassure us that the doors were good and all locks were good to go! Fantastic job guys! We rest easy now, knowing that we are all locked and safe. We can not thank you enough.

Excellent service. Victor took time out of his Sunday afternoon to help us open a locked cabinet. Since we didn’t have a key to open the locks, he even made us a key! No hesitation to use again and recommend.Thanks again, Victor!!

I am blessed to have had these guys show up for an emergency situation, being locked out of the house and needing medication and care for the new pups. They stayed in contact and even were able to come 2 hours earlier and were able to get me in very quickly, with zero damage and no issues. I highly recommend this company.
