I didn’t think I short drive outside Kitchener would have such a lush and forested area like this! The different elevations in the terrain add so much variety to the paths. Although some trails in this park are multi use and can be shared with walkers, it seems like its best suited for biking. A lot of the shared paths that are marked for walkers and bikers are very narrow. When we were walking, we had to be very attentive of not being in the way of bikes zipping through, as to not cause a crash. Its nonetheless a very beautiful area

Great place to hike, run or mountain bike. Lots of trails to choose from, just keep your head up if you are walking or running. The trails are shared with bikes who may not see you as they come down the trail.

This is a legendary spot for MTBs. It is the place to go if you are into mountain biking. The quality of the trails, the people and the organization makes it one of the best trail networks in Southwestern Ontario
