Update: they reached out to make up for the previous flowers by sending replacements and they were much better this time, thank you :)Ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers Day. The flowers were pretty but quite disappointing how small the bouquet was especially since I ordered a “fuller” bouquet option. Was nothing like the photo on their website which showed the standard option (fuller one my mom received was smaller than the standard). Not really worth the price in my opinion

This company did an INCREDIBLE job with the centrepieces at my wedding on May 27, 2023!! I was blown away by how beautiful the arrangements were. This company was very easy to deal with - they were super understanding, flexible, prompt and friendly. I had a wonderful experience all around with them. I would 110% recommend this company for your wedding!!! They went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect.

We have ordered from the Toronto Flower Co. many many times. They have always put together beautiful and full arrangements with fresh flowers. Will come back again for all occasions.

I have purchased two different arrangements from Toronto Flower Co and both times, they were absolutely beautiful! I paid for fuller flowers on both arrangements and I was very satisfied with what was delivered. The second time though, it’s worth mentioning that I was a bit scatter brained and forgot to write a card before hitting “purchase” so I support letting them know what I wanted it to read. I was nervous with the ceremony being the next day (and on a weekend) that support wouldn’t see my email so I reached out on the Facebook page. In less than 10 minutes, someone responded and I was assured that everything was taken care of. The recipient of the flowers showed me the letter and the employee hand-wrote it for me! I am so impressed with the professionalism and care from Toronto Flower Co.Highly recommend!!

Placed an order for Valentine's day. The flowers were delivered promptly (with real time tracking) and excellent quality. Their supportive team is very professional and was responsive to all my questions/ follow up. It was my first time ordering flowers online and a positive experience with Flower Co.

Got these beautiful peonies for my partner's birthday. They were freshly delivered. The delivery lady Jenny was so nice and friendly - excellent customer service, including delivery tracking!

Stay Away! My biggest regret before purchasing flowers from this joke of a company is that I didn't go through these reviews. My other regret is that I can't choose something lower than 1 star. I ordered an arrangement of 75 pink roses for a Valentines Day delivery here in Toronto. The flowers were not delivered until the day after which makes them useless for a Valentines Day surprise, and the pink roses were in terrible condition(pics attached)! A $500+ order and for what?!? This is a lesson in avoiding all these online" florist companies

A friend sent me a lovely bouquet of flowers, or so I thought. They arrived covered in condensation and appeared to have been frozen. I contacted the company and they sent me another bouquet 2 days later. They were beautiful flowers, however they were covered with condensation and the ferns were already curled up dead, they hydrangeas died within 24 hours. From what I have read here, this is a common occurrence.Revised review.Well I must say once this company was aware of the problem, they went above and beyond. Today Jenny delivered to me a beautiful fresh and colourful flower arrangement. She personally apologized and truly felt bad for the mishaps. She is someone special and made me feel special. Thank you so much.The last picture is my new arrangement.
