DECO Windshield Repair: Repair Bay

Wonderful young man named Zack just fixed my large chip, super nice and friendly, knows his stuff, and is obviously a well treated employee and praised his company very well

Went to get my 4 chips repaired. I was quoted 180 for repair plus I opted for the 50 dollar warranty thing yet I was charged 278 for the repair. That's taxes included. That math doesn't add up. Honestly horrible work please save yourself the money and go to a professional that doesn't cheat you out of you money. They also don't tell you the sign you up for a annual plan That renews every year for 80 dollars. When I signed into the dashboard thing they email you it shows they signed me up for 2 premium plans. One for my truck and the other just says unknown vehicle. Seriously? Why does it seem like there are so many shady companies like this one out there now?

Couldn’t find 2 locations in Red Deer - went to the locations that said they were open on their website - no tent to be found. We paid for Deco membership and had to go elsewhere for a repair

First and last time DECO customer here, I’ve had many windshields replaced and chips repaired by reputable glass shops over the years with good results. Today I decided to give the guys in the Orange tents a try. I was not at all impressed with the service I received. The amount I had to pay to “repair” 3 chips was borderline criminal and the best part is I now have to replace my windshield because the glue went into the lamination and made a big blurry spot under each chip larger than the original chip itself. Thanks for nothing DECO!

We have a membership but can't find an open repair bay in Red Deer. The phone number is useless as it sends you to the website, which is also useless. It would be nice to have a local number to call instead of the 1-800 one.

Riley did a great job on my windshield, he was friendly, professional, fast and efficient. I am really glad Deco has an indoor faculty here in Red Deer through the winter season.

Deco windshield repair at Southpointe Common. Eric was amazing, he worked tirelessly on the windshield on our Dodge Caravan, during windy conditions.Eric was working at a tent location. Apparently he also works at other portable pop up locations. Great customer service.Also note. The annual subscription for unlimited chip repairs is very well worth the money!!!

Very mixed review here. During summer months, it's very easy to access the DECO services as there are several tents located in and around the city. As soon as it freezes, these tents disappear and you're limited to two days a week accessing one bay in Red Deer to get repairs done. Unfortunately this is usually when the rocks are creating issues. I've had to go elsewhere a few times and pay someone else to fix cracks before spreading as I would not chance waiting for DECO. The annual membership is great value for the money 6 months of the year and horribly inconvenient the latter 6.

Customer service line is AWFUL. I have an annual Deco Plan but have to wait 2 more weeks before a suitable location can fix my windshield chip as they don't have a registered company in RD to take over during cold months any longer.
