Avant je passais mon examen avec les deux sœurs qui sont opticiennes c’était excellentes toutes les deux. maintenant l’opticienne est une jeune demoiselle je pense c’est la fille d’une .je trouve elle manque de professionnalisme, dommage ! !! l’équipe aussi. Ainsi que l’assistance optométriste qui est incompétente et manque de respect envers sa clientèle.

Got my eye exam here and the doctor was really good and friendly and receptionist was also very good.. I am not sure why other reviews are bad but personally this place for eye exam was better then Costco as it was faster and the exam was done well

I walked to that place today went in and said Hi how are you ? I would like to get my eyes checked. The old lady with the glasses replied and asked me if i have an appointment in which i replied no but i would like to get one please given the fact that i spoke in (English) they just ignored me like i wasn’t even there and continued working normally like seriously unbelievable i was shocked!!!!. Such a Horrible service!

After having a complete eye exam I ordered my contact lens . They contacted me that my contact lens arrived . When I went to pick them up they had me wait over an hour just to see if they fit properly and never advised me that they would charge me an extra 35.00$ . Really?? I’ve been wearing contact lens over 35 years now and never have I been charged there and don’t forget this is my optometrist for over 30 years. This is part of the service we pay for when we do the exams required. Not very nice to take advantage of your patients during this very vulnerable time.never going back.!

Very unprofessional, paid to have my eyes examined over a month ago for my contact lens prescription. Not only have they not given me any news for my contact lens order but they have been avoiding to give me the details of my prescription (that i paid for).On top of this , when i email them to get my prescription details they reply to me with a disrespectful and short email.COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Shame on the owner for having such a practice.Save you time and frustration. Go to a place where your business will be appreciated and handled with careShame on Rodrigue & Associés - OPTOPLUS

I've come here multiple times and the doctors are amazing and take the time to check everything thoroughly. In my first few experiences, people out front seemed too pushy to make a sale, but recently this seems to have changed and their behaviour was much better
