This is where I get prescription drugs, i.e., blood pressure and cholesterol. The store is clean and well-organized. However, blood-pressure machine was broken last time I visited there, so please fix it up.

Pharmacy staff have fail to tell me that I was out of refill on my prescription when I pick it up at the store. It happened three times. I only realized it when I tried ordering my refill online and my prescription wasn't listed. I also couldn't tell by looking at the package of my medication because they've stopped using their color coding with big font labels and now all their labels are in white with a smaller font including the one alerting clients that they have to call their doctor to get a refill. It's even worst now because the pharmacy is the best way to get a refill from our doctor during pandemic. Very poor customer experience and poor UX design with their white labels.

It’s a decent place with all the things you need but everytime I go there, this one staff in the makeup department will watch me like a hawk, glaring at me, assuming I’m going to steal when I’ve been at this Jean Coutu and boughten things here MANY times. It’s super uneasy feeling

I feel offended by your staff since my daughter told me this story. She and her friends went there and your staff asked them to put their backpack in the cash wrap. Is that new thing you ask to teenagers when enter your store??!! I do get it if we are in Asia country they have that such rule but here in Canada for me that new thing . Really?? What are you trying to say to these teenagers?! Bunch of thief?!! That make me upset and offended.

Delivery service is horrible. If you even receive your order it will probably be for a day after the expected delivery date. Or placed in the pick up and not delivery section.

I have used this branch for many years, I am a good client and had good service. Today I wanted to return or get a credit for some out of date USB adaptors I had bought by mistake for stocking stuffers. Hard to keep up with technology as a grandma. Thought they were Iphone charger cables. I did not have a receipt, but they were still in the package of Jean Coutu. They wanted nothing to do with me, no return, no credit. Unlike many other stores, esp at Christmas time. Never buying anything there again except to fill prescriptions. Very disappointed.

Attention Jean Coutu top management;We are writing you to today to deliver our fabulous experience with one of the pharmacists his name is David Maziarz. In Jean Coutu Plateau.We went on Monday Aug 22nd at 8.30 PM to pick up our antibiotic for my wife, was prescribed by the emergency room, but unfortunately in the emergency room didn’t answer most of our questions, we were very down and disappointed till we met David.He was very welcoming and happy to hear all our questions and to answer all of it very professionally after going above and beyond to deliver us the information in a simple explanation with alot of patience and professionalism.He was very understanding our frustration and panic due to our lack of knowledge of the case.We wholeheartedly thank you so much David for making us smile and feel absolutely better.Keep the good job up. You’re the best.Michael

I was so impressed by the staffs at the pharmacy, I went in today during their busiest hours, multiple staffs helped me with my time consuming task patiently and efficiently. Everyone was so nice and informative, BIG THUMBS UP!!
