Horrible service!!I bought from this place on a previous house I built , the quality is ok. The shower heads are cheap and plug up , but the toilets are decent but you need to retrofit the water lines.I walked in the other day to check on area items,5 people were sitting around and didn’t even say hi it ask me if I needed assistance. The owner was busy cleaning his fish tankAnd the woman at the counters were just sitting there on one was on her phone doing nothing.I ended up going to home idol just a few blocks.I wouldn’t recommend going here

Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life! So bad that it ruined our reno experience. So bad that even when I look at the tiles I bought I remember how poorly we were treated. These woman working there act very arrogant, impolite and rude. When we ask a question, they respond in an irritated tone with a mean face and talk to us like we are stupid! The woman working there should be fired! The younger woman was the worst who spoke to me with an extremely mean tone; this is totally unacceptable! I even told her we would tell the owner and she said go ahead.

I went in to Skyland looking to replace my faucet cartridge that was 10 years old and the store associate was able to help me right away! After spending some time looking around, I will be back in the future. They have some really nice stuff for what seems like a reasonable price.Bonus: they have a great fish tank to help entertain your kids :)

Nice Product with decent price! The stuff there are all very helpful and kind, was very happy and satified to shopping there, they prety much have everything for your bathroom renos, pretty much one store shopping which is i love it.

We bought a bathtub from Skyland building supplies in Burnaby and that bathtub started to leak from the drain. When we brought the bathtub back to them, they basically told us to go away as it is not their problem. The bathtub was soaker tub which has drain preinstalled from the manufacturer and you do not remove it, but instead of accepting the problem in the product, he told us that you have to remove the drain and do a patch work. Very bad supplier. If you want to get ripped, go to them. Stay Away!!!!!!
