When I went, the woman who did my nails was incredible. I've never had a straighter set. However, I've also never spent more time in a nail salon than the amount I spent there. Usually my nails take about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. But when I came with my friend, we didn't leave until after 2 hours and 10 mins. Also, the television show that was playing in the back room was a bit loud and clashed with the music that was playing - this didn't bother me much, but I understand how it might for someone else. But after the time spent, the prices are very reasonable and my nails came out flawless!

I'd give zero stars but not an option. Don't speak any English and books appointments then changes the time when you show up! Absolutely horrible business

I had a fresh set of gel nails done. There was a problem with them drying on a couple nails. I went back in to get them fixed and Joy took the time to redo all of them she did an amazing job. Will definitely be returning to her!

VERY RUDE.Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. To start there was a screaming child watching cocomelon in a back room all by himself. Child was maybe 2 years old. This child was alone my whole 3 hour appointment. After my over priced pedicure, we moved on to my hands...this was absolutely horrible. 1st she tried to lie and say I'm getting a gel set, they used powder. Moving forward my index finger was the most crooked I have EVER seen. I kindly told her it was crooked and to just give it a file again. She rudely say NO! I then got upset because I'm already being over priced and leaving with a crooked nail. She continues to tell me I'm wrong and she's not fixing it. So I actually had to take the file and fix it myself while she huffed and puffed. It's still a bit crooked but at least I fixed it a bit. I don't know how this place is open with the cheap overly priced products, kids unsupervised and the cleanliness.

First time at Pro Nails. Very good service. She did an amazing job! Made sure my nails were perfect before I left the salon!
