Punzalan Law is not your typical impersonal law firm. I would call it a boutique law firm with a friendly atmosphere. Rachelle is very knowledgeable and has the best interest of her clients in mind. I highly recommend Punzalan Law for anyone looking for expert legal services.

Honestly, I would not recommend this place. Quite unprofessional and not very versed in law. I sold my condo through this office a few years ago, no issues then. But last year I tried calling them and left a voice message asking if they could represent me in buying a condo, didn't return my call. Luckily, I was able to use the seller's lawyer so this didn't affect my purchase process. But last week on Thursday I called them to ask if they can notarize a criminal record. The reception said she would have to ask the lawyer and will call me back. Didn't call me by the end of the day, so I followed up on friday, the reception said the lawyer was not in yet. Then the lawyer called and didn't know if she could notarize a criminal record. I sent her a copy of my criminal record in the morning so she could look at the document and even had to provide info from global affairs canada on notarization of criminal records, as if I was the lawyer and had to explain the process. Didn't hear back on friday, nothing on monday, so everything was just a waste of time with them. A professional place would call or email back and tell they can't do something or are looking into it, so that people can plan accordingly what to do next. Will not contact this place for services in the future.So I ended up calling a what looks a more professional law office (Pollock), was told the lawyer would call back by the end of the day. Indeed, the lawyer called back in a couple of hours and provided all required information in a professional fashion.

Friendly staff is all I can really say. It's a lawyers office and lawyers cost way too much as far as I am concerned. But they are profesional. That was just a short one hour visit so far.
