Some of the sizing in pants is off. Tried on a 12 in pants were a little tight ordered a 14 it was way too big. Can't be that much different in the 2 sizes. I think the 12 was not sized properly.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience today. Cleo/Rickis was spotless and merchandise was nicely displayed and sizes were easy to locate. Ladies in the store were very pleasant and courteous. I will definitely be back. Thank you all that made my shopping experience so pleasant.

I was able to find what I was looking for, t shirts and capris, all on sale. The selection was great and the staff was very helpful as usual. I shop at this location quite often!

Disappointing customer service. The salespersons go out of their way to ignore you. This has happened a couple of times. Don't know their products and inventory. Avoid this location.

I love shopping at Ricki's - Burlington North Smart Centre. The fashions are excellent and up to date, the sizing goes up to the larger sizes, the store always has a great selection of sizes, the products are displayed very nice.I love the sales, especially when the occasional 50 % off comes up.The sales staff are excellent and are very accommodating for very particular shoppers like me.What I love the best and why Ricki`s is my favourite fashion store is that NO SALE IS EVER FINAL.

Beautiful store, nicely laid out. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Both staff members were knowledgeable and happy to help me with my purchase, with the young lady (I’m bad with names) who was assisting me going out of her way contacting several stores to find a product for me. I am definitely visiting this store again. Your staff are an asset to the company.
