Responsive and timely reception for booking, very courteous and accommodating. Saw nurse Ali and she was fantastic, knowledgeable and listened carefully, ensured she was making recommendations within my budget and talked me through each step of the treatment, provided excellent teaching for post care. Highly recommend!

I have a teeth grinding issue. Went to Beauty Rewind and had injections to help relax my jaw muscles. Ali was extremely informative and helpful. Explained what she going to do and what to expect. I would definitely go again.

The service I received was handled with total professionalism, as well as was informative. I was handled with great care. Any angst I felt, drastically decreased & was replaced with confidence and calmness, after speaking with Adrianna for a brief while, before performing her service. I felt heard, understood and I couldn't have imagined the kindness and sincerity she projected. I highly recommend Beauty Rewind for anyone curious, as well as nervous, to having a service(s) done here. They take the time to speak with you and give you honest and sincere answers to any and all questions you may have. I am very grateful to be a client of Beauty Rewind after having trouble with previous competitive businesses, that provide the same services.

Finally had a chance to get my lips done after getting it dissolved due to migration. Adriana is an amazing technician! She puts so much love and care into our sessions. She answers all my nonstop questions and she made me feel quite comfortable. I just got them done but I’m already know who I’m going back to for my next session ❤️

Received a hydrofacial with RN Ali last week and I'm loving my baby smooth skin. She was also so informative about my next steps for my skin care and didn't feel pushy at all. Ali was kind, knowledgeable, and gentle.

My first time visiting the Sherwood Park Location. I met with Andrea, she was informative and answered all my questions. The Staff were friendly and polite. The Spa was clean and tidy.
