When the drum of our dryer became stuck and wouldn't turn, we called Nick to come and help us figure out what was wrong. Both he and his apprentice were kind, punctual, and helpful to us throughout their whole stay at our house. During that period, we had no complaints about their presence at all.

Woke up to a flood and realized my boyfriend's golf tees poked a hole in the rubber seal of our washing machine. We phoned in to get an appointment and Dan came out later that afternoon with the exact part we needed and got it all sorted in one go. Stellar service, and very very very fast booking times!!

We needed someone to look at a few appliances in a condo we're selling and Oleg was recommended to us by some friends. Very professional and gave us a lot of info on what we can do for maintenance. Thanfully, all the machines were in good working order, but if there's ever trouble I know I'll be calling Oleg and his apprentice back.
