Went there was inline waiting.. and the counter person finished with the guy in front of me and ignored me and went to go see the guy looking in showcase.....never again going there.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff, extremely personable, helpful, whatever you need they have and they will cater to your needs as well and try to order in more of your favourites if they do happen to run out. Groove is the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a dispensary, I will not go anywhere else. Every single staff member/budtender will take their time and explain everything to you and never ever ever with anything but a smile on their faces. Excellent service every single time.

Drove to the store that’s 30 minutes away (I live in Quebec) asked for bubbly hash, nothing that crumbles, not PRESSED KEEF. She sold me exactly what I didnt want to. had to came back and cashier said to me that mo refund is possible. Adding : you shouldve told me you wanted this. Never coming back there, employees dont listen then its my own fault. I’m a regular really deceiving.
