My partner and I have a fantastic experience working with Tim to get a mortgage. Due to the high volume of mortgage applications, we weren't hearing back from the bank where we initially applied. I got in contact with Tim initially to learn about him and what he could offer, and to consult on the type of mortgage to get. He was really responsive and honest and extremely knowledgeable.
