Horrible communication skills and customerservice support. They will talk down on you likeyou are stupid. They will take weeks to replyeven though they said it would take a couple ofdays (which would be fine, if theycommunicated quite literally anything). Whenthey say they're going to call you, they won'tand you have to end up calling them days laterfor the exact same result (nothing). They will cutyou off in the middle of your sentences andexplain the same basic things over again, eventhough you've expressed that you already knewand understood those details. They took almosta month and $55 to tell us what we already saidwas wrong-- which, they just said that it wasnot worth fixing it" and to just "buy a new one".Attached below is the laptop they were referringto as "unrepairable". I've seen way worseconditions

I was having issues with my pc running very slowly so I called Surrey Geeks and they arranged for a technician to come by the same day. The technician arrived at the time that he was scheduled and quickly diagnosed the issue. They had to take my computer back to the shop to repair. The repairs were completed within one day and the technician returned and set up my computer for me. Everyone was very helpful and overall I was very happy with the service provided.

Excellent experience. Clear and responsive. Manveer was the tech who handled my computer. Got to the root of the problem, performed all the fixes and had my computer working and back to me promptly. Friendly and helpful I definitely recommend this company. I've used Geek Squad in the past and Surrey Geeks are much much better than them, and way more reasonable with pricing.

Dropped off my MacBook Pro as it had water damage. I took it to Apple and they told me it would be a $1500 repair and I would lose all my files. Tried calling a few repair shops and we were told it was hopeless to recover the lost files. Ultimately we were told that that we’d have to buy a new MacBook. I called Surrey Geeks and they told me that they’d like to take a look at it and try diagnosing it. They were quick and prompt on the phone. I dropped it off and they told me they’re going to try cleaning it and getting back to working order without any repair.During the time they had the laptop, they were polite and gave me progress updates. I was happy to learn that they were able to get it back to working order for a reasonable price without any replacement of parts. Manveer was the gentlemen that helped me. Very impressed overall with experience with Surrey Geek and would recommend.

I contacted this company in regards to helping out my internet connection a bit fast and to find reasons on why my connection has been slow. A gentleman named Muhammad ended up coming and checking my connections. Checking speeds etc etc. He tells me exactly what we should do to make my connection faster. He said he would email me the quote and availability on when they can come to fix our issue. Well that was almost 3 in a half weeks ago. I emailed him back with no reply. If this company doesn't think the job is worth their time, at least do one thing. Let us know instead of letting us hang. If you guys are busy, email us back and say hey we are a bit busy but we will get back to you guys as soon as we can". Don't let your customer wait and wait and wait. Mohammad ended up coming to our place to just waste our time? If the job was "too Small" for him and not worth it he could have just told me to my face and tell me to find another company to do it. Instead he made my wife and I think we would get our internet issue fixed. Thanks again for your help.Malcolm & Julie"

Sent my corrupted sd card in to recover and the Surrey Geeks managed to recover it all. It was an easy and cost effective solution and I will be returning here for any future digital recovery jobs. Thank you to the technician Dawood who oversaw the recovery.
