Lorna was very helpful and very accommodating - when I arrived after hours, my first 5x10 unit was too small - they were very helpful to get my quickly into a larger 10x20 unit that was available, and then because the price was much higher, Lorna was able to get me in a much less expensive 10x10 before my first charge came in. Great customer service!

The staff at the Access Storage location on Hawthorne were great. Explained everything, showed me the storage, explained the contract and procedures. The site is clean and dry. Would highly recommend them.

From the first phone call placed with them it has been a smooth procedure. With their business hours and my work demands I was unable to do the sign up in person; Jessica made this super easy for me by doing everything electronically. I asked for a lock to be left inside the rented unit and it was there with a lovely note welcoming me and if I should require anything to feel free to get in touch with her. I have to say that the note made my day--that extra step was not necessary but she demonstrated great customer service and I appreciated it. The unit itself was very clean and I have encountered no issues entering the property when needed. The lot is clean and neat- I would recommend this location.

This is the first time I've ever used a storage facility. From the first contact person over the phone (reserving the unit) to arriving at the facility to check-in the same day, was a very positive, polite and professional experience. They were knowledgeable, answered all my questions and Access Storage was cheaper than the other companies I contacted.
