Canadian Tire

I did my first On-Line order with Canadian Tire, I was surprised how well it went. I put my order in at 9am and it said it would be ready for pickup by 4pm. I was notified 90min later that it was ready for pickup. I was in and out in 10min. Don't use curb side pick up, even though it's offered, you'll be waiting forever and have to end going into the store.

No star at all.This location takes 3.5 hours for tire change only and they told me 1.5 hour for tire change. When we ask them about how long I have to wait more, then they start making stories. Mechanics are very lazy they are literally walking here and there and doing nothing. So please guys if you have planty of time to loose then go to this location.

The worse experience I have ever had at ANY STORE. On Wednesday March 25th, 2020. I came by this Canadian Tire location (I have been coming to this location since 2008). In fact, I just spent over $2000 this summer 2019 on repairs of my vehicle). In addition, I have been coming by this Plaza since the early 90s. I have never been treated so badly.I came by this location to follow-up on a part for my daughter’s bicycle. However, Mike the store manager did not even ordered the part (reflector) which Canadian Tire had damaged previously. Furthermore, Mike stated to me with the Corona virus this part will not be in for weeks or maybe months. I was in between texting when Mike said are you on your phone recording me? Before I got a chance to respond, Mike walked away. I then took a picture of the customer service information that was posted at the customer service desk. Mike came back with an employee and a Caucasian female security guard. Mike then stated, “get out of here this is private property I will have to call the police”. I then heard Mike giving a description of me to the police over his phone (I got infallible proof of this). While this was transpiring, I was on the phone with Amanda from Customer Relations line. I was escorted out of the premises by the security officer. Amanda later sided with Mike and falsely accused me of Yelling at Mike. In addition, Amanda offered me an apology and a 10-gift card. Which I refused. I am seriously considering suing Mike and Canadian Tire for this discrimination, humiliation, trauma (mental and psychological) and other general and special damages and injuries this entire episode has caused me and my family.I would have given a 0 star, but I would not be able to post.

Refused to do routine service without me first agreeing to a vehicle inspection. Plus waiting on hold for 15+ minutes. Called another Canadian Tire location and no problem what so ever to book my service the next day. The other reviews of the garage service will tell you everything you need to know.Really dodged a bullet here by going elsewhere.

My mom had bought me a cube organizer right before Christmas and I went to go open it today finally after getting settled in for moving and the hardware was missing. I called the manufacturer and they told me to go into the store,. I was expecting not to get anywhere but the girl at the customer service desk and the managers were fantastic. I was able to get the hardware and able to finally assemble my cube system. A big thank you to everyone.

It’s always nice visiting this store as it’s never very busy and the layout is good. It is well stocked and I’ve never had to wait long lining up at check out.The hotdog stand at the front entrance is also the best in the area. Far better than the other hot dog stands that sit in front of other Canadian Tire locations.

One of the all time great Canadian stores always take my vehicles there for maintenance reasonable pricing ….

I had a terrible experience with Canadian Tire's auto service. I dropped off my car at 9 AM and was promised a call back, but after 4 hours of waiting, I still hadn't heard anything. I tried calling multiple times to check on my car's status, but no one ever answered the phone. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark about what was happening with my vehicle.The lack of communication from Canadian Tire's auto service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for your automotive needs.

Very organized store with friendly staff. Spoken to 3 staff all very helpful and friendly. Huge selection of summer stuff. They are so ready for BBQ season.
