I've been to many of Wendy's restaurants in the Ottawa Valley but the one in Petawawa in my opinion is the best one. Friendly staff and not one order wrong to date.

The guy at the window shoved a female employee out of the way and tossed out food at us. Extremely rude called the store to tell the manager she didn't seem to care and did not give here name. Super rude. Also the food was cold wow. If you want horrible customer service I would recommend them..

Some of us didnt get to order cuz they were just to slow when u know buses r running through at specific times be ready not enough bathroom stalls either and messy bathrooms well

Gave the wrong size questioned it he said it was a large it wasn't it was a medium. He's name is Sean double check your order he will lie to you and still over charge.

Mobile order worked very well. A note on single use plastics. I find it ridiculous that we get horrible paper straws but the cups, cutlery, and toy and wrapper are all plastics. Terrible pandering.

Fast service and they'll get you're order right; Wendy's Petawawa is what fast food restaurants should aspire to.The staff put a lot of care into ensuring your order is correct.The staff are polite, friendly, and competent.The manager is friendly, helpful, and seems to enjoy and take pride in his job.

Went through the drive through late in the evening on Sunday. The young lady taking the order was thorough, polite and professional.Working a dead Sunday shift late in the evening is less than ideal, so I really appreciate the workers there and just how polite and friendly they are despite that.We had to wait a few minutes for fresh fries which was no issue and to be expected at the hour. The quality they delivered while I'm sure they were starting to do their close was great. The food looked like it could have been out of an ad.Great job guys. I appreciate you.

We don't get fast food often, but at Wendy's they take time to converse with you and smile rather than rush rush rush. The location is always clean, staff friendly, and food good.
