The pharmacist (Fahd) was very nice to me, he even had to come from his house to compound Advil for my after I called his personal line and explained my daughter’s febrile situation to him. This is pure “going above and beyond. Thanks Fahd.

I used to like ordering online from the store. Sometimes they had really good prices for supplements and vitamins especially if they had a sale. I never had a problem until my latest order. Eight days after I ordered I contacted them wondering where the shipping confirmation was. they said they would look into it the next day. The next day I received a shipping confirmation. When I tried to track it it was still an electronic label which means it had not even been picked up yet. This was 9 days after I ordered online. I contacted the store again saying that I was very disappointed that it had taken almost a week and a half just to ship my order and that they had had my money this entire time. Instead of receiving an apology they quoted their shipping policy to me which is unreasonable and internal. It said that they had up to 5 days to assemble an item. They took almost 7 business days to assemble my order. When I tried to point this out the employee said that assembling a package and shipping a package were two different things. Trying to say that taking 9 days to ship an item is reasonable is ridiculous in the real world. I note from the shipping policy that once an item has been shipped one cannot get a refund on the order. they sent the shipping confirmation to me before they even answered my question over whether or not the item had been shipped so now I can't get a refund and order from somewhere else where I will get the items that I need for my children faster. This is dishonest and disgusting behaviour. I will never be ordering from this company ever again.

Wonderful selection of supplements and vitamins & the staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful.

I have been going to Village Pharmacy for years and the staff is most helpful and knowledgeable. They offer regular discounts and 10% for senior citizens on herbs and vitamins which helps a lot when you try to take care of health issues the natural way. I would totally recommend having the Village Pharmacy take good care of you! A 5 star for sure…they earned it!!

They were so patient with me while trying to help me through the order process. I am not one for computers. They are always willing to help educate about products. I found them one day about 3 years ago, while I was looking for a new pharmacy to deal with and have not turned back. I live 3 hours away from Mississauga and my products have always arrived very quickly. Highly recommend the gang here.

Worst Customer ServiceI bought Zinc supplement among other things and when I opened the bottle it did not smell right. I took it back to the store and some lady came from the back and told me that it’s ok and that’s how suppose to smell. I have taken it in the past and I know it’s not normal. She insisted that I should take it. So I left the bottle with her and walked out of the pharmacy.

Excellent customer service and order shipped out in timely manner. I was looking for best deal on supplements which I found here and will continue my future orders from them.Thanks again.
