Precise ParkLink

I did not receive a ticket on my car, or anything by mail and then 3 years later I received a letter from the credit bureau of Canada demanding $144.75 for a $39 parking ticket that I was never notified about. When I explained this to Precise parklink agent #1521 she told me that they did not mail anything to me and that it was my fault as my car and address must have not been registered with the MTO properly. I have not moved or changed cars in several years and the credit bureau found me no problem. Unwilling to take any responsibility they coffered to lower the ticket to $114 which I was forced to pay or it would affect my credit score. This is a corrupt company who uses the Credit Bureau of Canada collections to do their dirty work.
