Wish there was zero stars. Rude, entitled and downright ignorant. Not helpful whatsoever. All they care about is the almighty dollar and not “helping” people when they need it.More specifically, the “pharmacy manager.” What a piece of work he is.

I am a terrible person for not remembering the name of the technician who serviced our scooter. Mitchell? Fast, responsive, great service. He was so knowledgeable and so kind to take the time to answer our questions. A really positive experience for us.

Anca, Michael and Sandy all provided me with excellent care. They all treated me with kindness, understanding and respect. They went out of their way to ensure I had a positive experience. I even received a follow-up phone call. They have a great team. Highly recommend.

Awful experience. Bought a bed from them and didn't get what I expected. The hospital bed I got the knees don't go up as high as the bed I am currently laying in, in hospital which is all I had to go on, I need this feature to relieve the pressure on my lower back, when they set it up I did mention this. The guys who set it up came back and did a video to send to Invacare because they too thought it should have went higher. I was then told that that's as high as the knees go on all of those types of beds by the salesperson. Then to add insult to injury I was informed that the bed was not returnable, had I known this I would have had them pack it up and take it with them when they delivered it. I emailed the salesperson to tell her that it's the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on and that I had fallen and broken my hip there was no reply. So now I am trying to sell this thing so I can get one that the knees go up higher. As I said in the beginning of this post the bed at the hospital that I am currently laying the knees go up at least 4 inches higher!

I won’t go anywhere else for my prescriptions. The staff are professional, take the time to provide you all the information you require and answer any questions you have without feeling rushed. They truly care, asked how I was making out with my cancer treatments. You are not just a number here. I highly recommend coming here if you are searching for a pharmacy to meet all your needs.

The team here supported my parents for over 20 years and have been outstanding. They provided very personal service, from delivery services, to detailed med reviews every year, to 1 on 1 meetings to discuss changing health situations, personal recommendations for support, and so much more. They developed a personal relationship with my parents and constantly looked out for their best interests. Having a pharmacy team that you can trust is SO critical in your support network. I can honestly say, I have not seen a more complete, caring, and exceptional pharmacy care team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone!

The staff are wonderful and the service we have received over the years has been outstanding. Huge thank you to the staff in the home health care department for always being there looking after us. It is sincerely appreciated.
