One of the WORST dentists in the city. In July 2018, I walked in being able to chew and pain free for a cavity filing, and somehow walked out not being able to chew due to severe pain in the same area where filing was completed (and it’s now May 2019). I insisted to be transferred to a specialist after consecutive unsuccessful visits to figure out why I had pain where there filing was complete. After spending another $5,000 and getting a root canal and other surgeries done in that area, it was concluded that the pain was coming from the tooth right BEHIND where the filling was complete, as it had a hairline fracture. The dentist did not take ownership and didn’t even show any kind of sympathy (not even a single phone call was made since July 2018 to see how I was feeling or anything, I had to call multiple of times to get the dentists attention). What are the chances that the pain I have feeling since the day I walked out of this dentistry, was the tooth right BEHIND where the filing was complete, with a hairline fracture......sounds very suspect right?This dentist is very aggressive with the way she does her work, my younger brother used to complain and cry about the pain and force he felt when he visited this dentistry (he’s still afraid to visit a dentist now because of his experience here). This is completely unacceptable. There are a million other dentists that are 100x better and worth your money, do not waste your time coming here. I have moved on to a new dentist and the difference in quality, service and respect is night and day. I am a very honest and reasonable individual and would never go out of my way to write a review like this, and I hope that this review can save someone from the hardship and pain that I have felt.

I recently did my root canal and filing here and the experience was amazing. I was explained my options well and had been given all information to take an informed decision m Dr. Shibu performed the root canal and was extremely gentle and it turned out to be a painless process. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good treatment.

I recently moved into the area and yesterday was my first visit at the Woodlands Dental Office, the staff are all fantastic people and the experience was very pleasant. The issue with my teeth got resolved nicely. 10/10 would recommend :)

Woodland Dental Centre provides has an excellent staff that is very welcoming and professional with all of their patients. They try to make your experience very comfortable by taking into account any problems you may have and adapting it to make it the best for you.

I would recommend this place to anyone as they provide the best service possible. I had few dental issues and I visited the clinic on a reference from a friend and I would say I never had to look elsewhere ever since. The doctors are very friendly and experienced and every time I left the place with full satisfaction.

My husband and I are extremely happy with this dental clinic. Dr. Bindu is very professional and the staff is also very friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone !

Very Very Poor customer service!! and rude behavior. I had last visited this place in 2018. After which I returned on 2020. Doctor immediately advised for x-rays even when I told that I did not have any issues. After which the cleaning was done. I was mocked and the dentist was super hard on my tooth and she wanted me to be referred to an anesthesia specialist. After which when I came to the billing I was advised to pay out of pocked for the extra 20% which my insurance company wouldn’t cover (in the past these people actually marked up the price and gave it to me for free) they should have told me this prior to offering the service. On inquiring why it was done so they replied “It has changed!!!” I asked then why they couldn’t let me know before I took their service. The dentist overheard the conversation and stepped out and said she would charge me in a very rude manner. I felt harassed and intimidated..!! On the way back the lady at the reception called me to ask what my email was to refer me to another doctor. (To get their commission) and I politely declined!! Horrible service would never return and would never recommend ! (Now please tell me that you haven't treated me. Waiting for it ..)

Recommend - Woodlands Dental Centre for all your and family Dental care. My kid love visting this place Dr. Shibu n Dr. Bindu the staffs entire team, They are sensitive to patients need and requirements. Very professional and pleasant atmosphere.
