I’ve been shopping from the Parrot Shop for about 2 years. They are one of the few suppliers of Harrison’s bird food in Canada, and I’ve also purchased natural wood perches from them. Firstly, they are passionate about parrots and they focus on quality products, unlike other online options. Second, their service is exceptional - I have never had a problem or delay with an order, and there’s always a short handwritten note wishing me well with the order. If you follow them on Instagram, you’ll see periodic postings about their Parrot Hotel and the cute parrot guests there. I highly highly recommend them.

I have a 31 year old Goffin Cockatoo who I absolutely adore. Mango has been with us since she was just weeks old. We rescued her from Peachland, British Columbia. Needless to say we spoil our girl with a ton of love and a ton of TOYS!! I have spent so much money on toys/activities for her. I was so excited to recently discover The Parrot Shop. Their online selection of parrot toys is unbelievable! Prices are excellent. Delivery is wonderful! I am definitely one happy customer and Mango is a very happy parrot!! Amazing variety of bird safe toys, toy parts, and perches, all from one place. Getting my order is like Christmas day! My guys like the softer wood (and they're little wood chippers), so I always order a lot of cork and balsa wood parts. I've also gotten a nice variety of foraging toys and I'm teaching my guys how to use them. They also carry a wide variety of parrot food which is typically harder to get a hold of (Harrison's pellets and bird bread, their own special line of bird bread, and lots of different treats and pellets).TPS also support lots of parrot sanctuaries and rescues. The owner is very responsive and very knowledgeable about parrots, and also posts resources I use for my own guys.

The Parrot Shop has such a variety of awesome products and great customer service! I love that they’re Canadian too, so you never have to worry about paying custom/duty fees like when ordering from the US. Highly recommend!
