Ordered a fall colors bouquet in basket on website, got order confirmation. Received email from store that it is unavailable bc its Thanksgiving only, then later told also basket is not available. Finally agreed on just a similar recreation bouquet and final product was not even half the amount of flowers pictured in the original. Do not recommend this florist, very disappointed in what I ordered and their customer service. You can see the side by side photo which I have posted.

I moved up to bradford and was disappointed that i couldn't find a european floirst. I was recommended to floral diva because they came from woodbridge and now is servicing bradford. They have been around for 30 years and service the european community. Thank you so much for your creativity and their is nothing like a european florist.

I ordered a Forever Rose in purple to celebrate my friend’s retirement. The photo on the site showed a bright and cheery shade of purple. I ordered over a week in advance to have the rose delivered to the office for my friend’s last day, but I received a call in the morning telling me my order was not a priority and she needed an alternate address so she could deliver the rose to my friend’s house in the evening. The rose my friend received looked nothing like the rose posted on the website. It was so dark it was nearly black and was not a suitable colour for a cheerful occasion. The rose itself was far more closed than the open bloom advertised. When I called to ask if it was possible to get a brighter colour, the lady was very rude over the phone and insisted the flower was a suitable shade of purple compared to the one on her website and said that all the purple roses looked the same. When I asked if it was possible to exchange it for a different, brighter colour, I was told that it would be a $30 delivery fee. I do not feel that I received anything close to what was advertised and the unwillingness to make things right reflects poorly upon the company. Overall, from product to service, it was a disappointing experience all around and I cannot recommend using this floral company.

They saved me!!! My significant other has a habit of procrastinating to the last possible minute. Floral diva accomidated my needs without much notice at all so my mother in law could recieve an arrangment of flowers she isnt allergic to for her 60th birthday. Service was professional and empathetic of my needs. Thanks for saving the day!!!!

I saw a write up that Floral Diva does funeral flowers consultations in your own home. I tried the service and was so impressed on how they were so attentive and understanding in the circumstances. I am so pleased with the care and time they took for us to pick out our flowers. I can't wait to see what they are going to do for us.
