One of the best disinfecting services in Southwestern Ontario. The sales team were very responsive and able to direct me to the right services. The cost compared to the service is extremely well aligned. I look forward to calling on their help again. For the time being, I have purchased a mini thermal fogger! Definitely give them a call.

The Sanitizer Wrist Band product is great, it is so convenient to use and makes me feel more safe when going out and need to sanitize my hands I use this band which is better than using the public sanitizers that have been touched by many people.

I purchased a Nano Atomizer from DisinfectandFog in November 2020 and the unit worked great and I was very happy with it. Recently the unit stopped working and I contacted DisinfectandFog regarding the none functional unit on January 11, 2021, they were very responsive got back to me straightway and was unable to troubleshoot via email and their for they shipped a brand new unit the next day and I received it on January 13, 2021. I have to say I am very impressed with the level of customer services DisinfectandFog provides and I highly recommend them, I’m very happy that I found a company that stands behind their product and customer service. Excellent product! Easy to use for personal use in my home to disinfect rooms & surfaces before & after visitors . Also good for travel to cottage, to disinfect prior to moving in fir the week - I highly recommend the personal use fogger.

Terrible quality. Broke within a few uses. Cheaply made plastic bottle broke and the spray rarely comes out.. Called to see about getting a replacement bottle (didnt even want a FULL replacement), was told to send photos, so I did, and never heard from them. Called back-he says oh yeah I think I remember that

I bought a machine from another company - via Amazon - and it developed a problem. I couldn't find their contact details. Just purchased the Nano fogger. I am a Registered Nurse and color me impressed. Product was delivered in under 48 hours, customer service was on point and most importantly, the fogger is a lifesaver...literally and figuratively. Definitely passing the word on about these products. Thank you to all who are working so hard to provide solutions during this trying time.

Although customer service is good, I would most definitely not recommend. I purchased the portable cordless fogger for use in my fitness studio. Within the first week the seal on main device broke. I was sent out a replacement device and told I could super glue the initial device to fix it. Since then both of my devices have broken sever times. As of this was not bad enough, all my equipment I purchased 6 months ago has been totally wrecked from disinfectant solution corroding and rusting all metal. I used the device and solution 100% as directed.I would not trust the quality of either sprayers or solutions. For the price of these products I would definitely be searching for a better disinfecting and cleaning solution whether for home or business uses.
