The rooms are nice, but the laundry machines here are horrendous! They break every week and maintenance hasn't resolved it with numerous requests. Instead we are advised to use laundry from another building which would be fine temporarily but for my whole stay? Cmon now...

Close to University Avenue West, University Plaza where you shall find almost any kind of stores and also close to several bus stops with a main bus terminal and Light Rail Transport, very well situated close to more and more.

Closest residence to the engineering section of the university, great for first year students. This is a suite style residence. Expect to pay almost double the rent compared to what can be found off-campus.
