I have had fantastic experiences at the Brick Orillia lately. Erin has been a great salesperson; so pleasant, helpful, and patient (when I’ve changed my mind). The first time I walked in looking just for pricing for all new appliances. Erin found me fantastical deals and that totalled only 80% of my budget! I was in disbelief at all I was getting and told her to “write it all up!” I will definitely be heading back to the Brick and will look for Erin when I walk in the door. Thank you, Erin for you terrific service!

I went to the Brick in Orillia after a not so great experience at the Brick in Barrie. I dealt with Ryan and Amanda. This was the best experience I have had purchasing furniture. They were professional, knowledgeable and honest. They explained the warranty well and the furniture delivery and set up process. I felt that not only was I getting a great deal but they truly cared about obtaining my business and making sure I was happy. They went above and beyond. It definitely was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. Ryan was patient with me changing my mind about chairs and stools and helped me go through many different styles. I can not thank Ryan and Amanda enough for turning a poor experience with the Brick into an amazing one. I will definitely be going to see Ryan for the rest of my furniture needs once we are settled in our new home.Thanks again Ryan and Amanda for making shopping fun.

Recently had a warranty repair on my leather sofa. Stacey was my initial contact.. she was outstanding!! Very professional, courteous and very accommodating. Repair on the leather was amazing!! My sofa section was returned in 2 days as promised. Corey and Chase were the delivery guys upon return of my section sofa. Great guys!!! Sorry.. cant remember the names of the guys who picked up my sofa section to take for repair.. but they were awesome too!! All around.. painless experience. Definitely 5 stars!!

I went into the Brick Orillia this morning and had the best customer service experience that I have ever had. The sales persons name was Amanda Bell. She was so helpful and knowledgeable in every way. She was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and even offered to deliver it right to my house which was so beneficial as I'm on crutches for the next 6 weeks.Suffice to say, I have found my forever sales person today and wouldn't shop anywhere else after she has set the bar this high.

I purchased an adjustable bed and mattress from The Brick in Orillia, Ontario and dealt with their sales associate Colleen. I must say that this lady well deserves the 5 Stars. Her communication via phone calls and emails was 100% satisfactory. I had to go into the store to meet this wonderful lady.As I was not satisfied with the first mattress, she arranged that a replacement be delivered. The two delivery guys, Eric and PHIL HOGAN were very polite and obliging. Phil Hogan went over aboard to help me with installing the headboard brackets, which I could not do myself. He was not in a rush and answered all my questions and further inquiries.I cannot speak any more highly of The Brick in Orillia and their wonderfulstaff of Colleen and Phil Hogan.

Excellent knowledgeable customer service - we were greeted, afforded the space we needed to peruse and then provided with top-notch information and support on the purchases we wanted to make. ‘Papa James’ at the Orillia location made the experience above and beyond easy. 10/10 will return for future home furnishings and decor!

Amanda was amazing to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry and the store policies. Very transparent about everything. She helped us find the range we were looking for.
