12000 BTU Samsung Windfree heatPump. Excellent installation. Courteous installation staff. Installed every component using a level. Used drop sheets and cleaned up after themselves. Got us oriented on how to properly use the unit as well as required routine maintenance. The unit works very well and is unbelievably quiet, both inside the house and out. After installation follow-up call from our sales rep was sincerely appreciated.

Nor-can installed an AC/Heat wall unit. This is the 2nd one that I have purchased from Nor-can. Once again I was very happy with the customer service and installation of the unit. Our prior unit worked very well and I was happy to call Nor-can for the replacement.
