The amount of times the technician showed up at my house unannounced because he was eager to fix my TV was a little unsettling. Wait for me to call you back, stop showing up and ringing my door bellTimes he showed up unannounced: 3 timesTimes he rang my doorbell before I answered: 5 times.We work nights and we just had the long weekend(its technically still the weekend), things are busy, be more patient please.

I contacted LG about my broken fridge/freezer and the repair ticket was subcontracted to S & R Electronics. Appointment #1 to diagnose the problem. Appointment #2 to replace the broken compressor.Got a call the morning of the appointments both times telling me when to expect them, and both times was on time. Only disappointment was the time it took to get the part in stock but this was a COVID-19 delay issue, not the company.

Purchased a minn kota ipilot remote the day before a long trip, expecting it to work, when it wouldn't sync up we called to return it, and got our number blocked. Called again from another number and were told they will not do a return... thanks for horrible service and a lesson in what business to stay away from.

They were right in the time they said they would be there and fixed the problem with our washing machine right away. He was able to figure it out just by my description of what was happening and brought what he thought what turned out to be the defective part with him. Good friendly service.

I had to call a second time to have my building washer and dryer machines fixed in only a few months....first time I was told I would get some of my laundry money refunded, that NEVER happened....second time, 3 seperate phone calls and about a week later I was told by Joe the boss" I could go to there office to pick up the 3$ they were willing to refund me ....well thanks
