Bean Town Ranch

We just got married in August and Bean Town Receptions was the greatest choice we made with regard to our wedding. We were recommended this beautiful venue by a family friend who had attended a wedding here previously. Booking with this venue was seamless and planning all the way through was efficient, easy and full of great communication.Our wedding day couldn’t have been any more beautiful and any less stressful with the staff working diligently to deliver what we had in mind. Our families commented several times on the service here, particularly how they never had to ask where they should be or where to go next. The wedding coordinator was always ready to direct our family from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the photos to the dinner, etc. Our family members who are already married want to renew their vows at Bean Town. They, as well as us, were blown away by everything this venue has to offer.We loved our time at the overnight cottage so much we are looking into booking a night’s stay to relax.Thank you Bean Town staff and to Genevieve and Guy for your excellent venue!

There are SO many good things to say about Bean Town Ranch! As a pro wedding photographer, I've been to dozens of different venues and Bean Town provides exceptional services to their guests that truly sets them apart from the rest. Pascale and Genevieve and the rest of the crew are there to help every step of the way with planning and execution, while still making every wedding unique! All of my couples RAVE about Bean Town, and I always look forward to working with them because I know that I'm in great hands!!

I cannot say enough good things about Beantown Receptions. The owners and staff were so wonderful beginning with the planning stage all the way up to the day after the wedding. They made us feel at ease; their professionalism is unparalleled but they were also so friendly that we felt like they were old friends. No detail was overlooked and our guests were so impressed with the venue and the food. I can’t imagine there is a more magical place to get married than Beantown ❤️

As the Mother of the Bride I can truly say that my daughter and her husband did not go wrong with selecting the Bean Town Ranch as the venue to mark this very special day in their lives.This venue was absolutely incredible - romantic, rustic, charming, and fantasy like. The day of our daughters wedding (October 2, 2021) was raining and we were truly worried that the weather would ruin this event and to our surprise there was no need to. Every place was covered and all our guests were transported by horse and carriage (which was covered). No one ruined their dresses nor shoes. Every area from ceremony (in the barn), to the cocktail (in the chapel) to the reception for the dinner were all breathtaking and beautiful.The professionalism the staff demonstrated was incredible, outstanding, etc......you do not have to think of anything. THANK YOU - Pascal, Caroline, Genevieve and all others (barman and the Bean Town Ranch employees). The most beautiful wedding venue I have ever seen! The horse carriage ride around the grounds was such a beautiful, nice touch. The staff were all so helpful and pleasant and on top of things. They were a well oiled machine! They went above and beyond to make sure every guest had a wonderful experience. With the amount of weddings they do, I expected to be treated like a number. I was just a guest after all but wow! It was like I was invited into a family home and welcomed. The bartender was very talented and the food was phenomenal! Usually when you order the vegetarian dish at a wedding you get the same old boring eggplant that is only meh, but at bean town you get the most delicious thai stir fry! The noodles were hands dow the best I have ever had! I can't say enough about this place! I recommend it to everyone!

One word: PERFECTION. We can’t believe that this was our wedding day. It was truly a fairy tale come true. The venue is breathtaking. From booking to the end of the wedding day, the whole team was beyond exceptional. Everyone is so kind and always looking for ways to make your day even more special. We literally did not have to think about anything!! They take care of everything, and they know how to create all those magical moments. Huge thank you to the owners who went above and beyond to make our night even more special. Caro is such a pleasure to work with and always available and accommodating!! Big shout out to Megan who is a sweetheart and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the day. Our guests keep talking about how good the food was, how beautiful the place is and how amazing the bartenders were!! They killed it! From shots to espresso martinis-everything was delicious! Speaking as a wedding photographer, Beantown Receptions is an ideal venue. There is not a bad spot to take photographs on the entire property. Geneviéve and her staff go out of their way to ensure the entire day runs seamless and on time. We have heard nothing but praise from couples and their guests time, and time again at the many weddings we have shot there over the years. The attention to detail and the work they do behind the scenes to give a stress-free experience is why they are sold out every year. 5 stars only because 10 isn't available.

Thank you so much Caroline, Genevieve, Joanne and all the phenomenal staff for making it an exceptionally wonderful day. I am sure all your weddings are amazing, but you also did such a good job of making it feel like ours was the most special one you have ever had. I fully appreciate the absolutely flawless experience we had, doesn’t come without a lot of practice (and talent) on your end, but it still felt so personal. When we got a tour, Guy had described Beantown as the venue for people who want to get married in their parents’ backyard, but with more staff and bathrooms. Honestly, it felt like you were all part of our family and we were part of yours and we were just getting married at an aunts backyard, but without all of the stress that would have involved!

IAM not married my self but been to this beautiful place. I even recommended to the second wedding I just recently attended to. This is a very romantic spot I would recommend for myself one day hope One day will come. But not just also the great services that was added the ladies and gentlemen who helped out in all the weddings in my mind they were all awesome friendly and kind. The different memories that will last forever from this place . The great flowers all year round to the Snow on the ground dancing on that spotlight Dancing Island is a forever moment. Plus even better the bright colorful fireworks in the back ground is a never forget lasting memory. All I can really say is this is my dream I hope one day comes true. BEAUTIFUL WEDDING PLACE.
