I was very impressed with the customer service in this store. I'm a picky customer, with lots of preferences on colors and brands, and somewhat unwieldy size 10 feet. The store assistant brought me about 10 different pairs from which I was able to pick 2 that fit me perfectly. The upcoming season will show how well the shoes will hold, but so far, so good!

Amazing service offered by this team - very few shoe stores offer the level of attention and expertise that Gaston and the team provide. They take their time to figure out what footwear is appropriate to one’s foot type and are mindful of any foot concerns or pain. Their full service options are great and convenient as well: they are providers of compression stockings and custom orthotics. Great work!

I had booked an appointment for custom orthotics. On the day of the appointment, I received a call 1 min before the scheduled time and they advised that the person who does the orthotics was not there and they had to cancel my appointment.This is so unprofessional and terrible customer service. They had a couple of hours to advise me in advance and no one bothered. It was such an inconvenience for numerous reasons and I am sorely disappointed at the lack of respect for the customers time.
