Service was great. I mean both customer service and the actual work performed on my vehicle. I used to take my Dad's Honda to Lou (the owner) in the 1990s when he was just starting out. I've rediscovered Lou and his crew after changing wheels and being delighted to know that Lou has gone way beyond Hondas! In fact, cars like mine are what he specializes in.I just had brakes (rotors, pads) redone to fix a vibration that my BMW dealer wouldn't even fix even though it was under their warranty.I'm coming here from now on, to get an honest assessment and a shop that stands by their work, under consistent ownership from someone who I know cares about his customers.

Brought our Honda Ridgeline to Lou a few weeks ago. Had been to Honda twice already for the same problem. Alarm on truck kept going off for no reason. Any day, any time. Could not shut it off with the fob, had to actually go out and touch the door handle - which isn't nice on a snowy night at 3:00 AM. Honda had it for days and couldn't replicate the problem". We were truly at the end of our rope and discussing just trading the truck in. Lou at All About Imports came very highly recommended so we took the truck to him to see if there would be anything he could do. He and his team fully examined the vehicle and finally sorted out the issue. Something that Honda couldn't do twice!! His team truly went above and beyond and we can't thank them enough. It's been several weeks now and the truck is running like new. I highly recommend them."

I found out about All About Imports through the warranty plan we have for our Dodge Caravan. Ever since our first dealings with this company, we have always felt that the service has been outstanding. So much so, that this is the only place we bring both our vehicles now. I usually don’t go out of my way to post reviews, because to be honest, I usually can’t be bothered. Having said that, I do have to say that I felt compelled to write a review for All About Imports based on the experience I had today. If you want a mechanic that you can trust, one that will do the job properly and most importantly one that will not milk you for unnecessary work, this is the place.

No surprises, priced competitively and approachable.Update: 10/13/2022I can't say enough how much All About Imports is the the go to mechanic for anything Honda. Case in point, wait times at a dealership for any repairs in about a 1-1.5 months. If you car is broken, waiting 1-1.5 months to get your car repaired is not an option. Lou and his team pulled through. Amazing work and priced fairly.

I would highly recommend Lou to others. He is an honest, professional mechanic who goes above and beyond for his customers. I always get fast, friendly service. Lou has been servicing all of our vehicles for over 25 years. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing customer service! I took my Lexus GS here for an alignment and had a great experience dealing with Lou (owner). Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Lou took the time to listen to what was wrong with my car and did not rush me at all. He explained everything before taking my car in and kept updating me through out the process. The waiting area and the shop area both were very clean and organized. The wait time and cost was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. I would highly recommend this place!

Lou's shop is the place to go for high quality, fast, honest, and professional service. I just picked up a used Audi and was worried about the high maintenance/repair costs of a German luxury car. I took it to All About Imports for an inspection and advice. Terry had a detailed look over the car and gave me great recommendations for preventative maintenance that will ensure the longevity of the car. The work was done quickly in a couple of hours. I now feel very confident in the reliability of my car, almost like my used car turned into a new car. I plan to have all future work on my car done at All About Imports.

As a licensed mechanic and automotive warranty claims supervisor with 18 years of automotive knowledge, All About Imports is definitely one of the best repair facilities in Ontario I have the pleasure to deal with. Lou is very well versed in Imports and treats clients the with utmost respect. The warranty company I work for has had a relationship with All About Imports for ten years now, and they are our go to shop in the GTA. We know exactly what to expect, vehicles are repaired correctly the first time, and our clients are happy. Most of our clients continue to go to All About Imports for work not covered by the warranty and do so long after their warranty has expired. We are very fortunate to have Lou and staff service our clients vehicles. I would recommend them to everyone.

What an incredible experience with my BMW. Just needed something simple (Low Beams burnt out) but not that simple to access and replace. Gave IMPORTS a call, scheduled me the next day, fixed both low beams and the car was ready within 24 hours of me calling with the initial issue. BMW had a 3 week wait period for the same work, so I was very very fortunate to find these guys.Thank you once again. Will definitely be bringing my other cars here as well. A++

Super honest approach and reasonable prices. Was told I only had to change front rotors when others wanted to do a completeOverhaul. Highly recommend!
