THE TEN SPOT

I am a HUGE Ten Spot fan. But definitely not this location. The pedicure I had with Olivia was sub par at best. Yes she was sweet, as per all the reviews, but it was not Ten Spot quality. She didn't address any of my requests. Honestly, I could have done better myself at home. And when I rasied my concerns with the girl at the desk was not offered any good solution. Yes I recommend the Ten Spot, but if you have the opportunity for another location, or at least another aesthetician, do it!!

I’ve been going here for awhile and my previous experiences have been good but last time was horrible. I had to call her back into the room because she left huge patches of hair and after I left I noticed so many other areas she completely missed. Will go somewhere else next time.

I get my services done here and love the whole team! Kirtika and Jade are great laser techs.

I had a great experience at the ten spot! It was my first time there and the service I recieved was top notch and professional. I got a shellac manicure, which was beautifully done by Kirtika. Thank you so much The Ten Spot Team! I'll definitely be back!

Good but not great. For the price I paid I expected a lot more. The manicure was great but the pedicure was terrible. The nail was half painted, like only the main parts were painted, not the sides. I had to repeat a few nails. Barely also cuticle work and a very low effort foot massage. Also they lasted 4 days. My pedicures last weeks usually.After my mani pedi, I had to wait a good 45 minutes for them to dry, which is totally normal. But no one came to check on me, or ask if I need water for example. Little things make a huge difference.

Long time patron, and lately I have noticed many of the estheticians have moved on. My husband and I got a sub-par service. We went for pedis and were left with callous remaining. My manicure was messy. Paying full price for inexperienced beauty students is not fair. I don’t think I will be back. :/

The staff at this location were all so friendly and professional. This location was very clean and comfortable as well. I got my nails done today by Robyn. I'm very indecisive sometimes so when I needed help picking, she was super helpful with her suggestions. I love the results of the nail art and would definitely return for manicures with her.

Good but not great! I had a gel mani + removal here and a regular pedi, both were well done. Staff is very friendly. I know the ten spot is more expensive than other nail places and I'm happy to pay the high price because I am used to an exceptional job, and I also feel that the cleanliness standards are higher. A bit disappointed this time to see the general area in the salon was a bit messy (bits of gel nail polish everywhere) and the bathroom was very dirty too - dusty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks! I might try another location because I do love their customer service and services offered but cleanliness is super important to me.

Update: The manager offered me to fix the situation and will make sure that employee will respect customers in the future. I did the shellac manicure and after less than 10 days, 4 of my nails are gone and they were supposed to stay during 3 weeks. I called them to inform them about that and they did not care and told me that it's unfortunate and did not offer a solution to accommodate. I specifically told them that I will never come back and they were fine with it.
