Ridiculous business, i brought in my Certina watch for a service and repair in September 2022. They charged me 400$ back in November and i called them at least 10 times to figure out the status of my watch.It’s now april 2023, still no replyYou’re better off bringing your watch to Walmart at least they won’t scam you.

It’s impossible to contact the customer service. I emailed them twice and still haven’t heard anything from them. I tried calling the number on the website, and no one picked up either. It says shipping takes 1-3 busines days, however, it’s been 5 business days already and I haven’t received any update on the shipment yet. Just hoping someone can help me after reading this, thanks.

Brutal service! Sent watch in January still haven’t gotten it back try calling or following up via email nothing would expect much more when spending a thousand dollars on a watch!!

I bought 2 SWATCH watches for my 2 kids and after 3 months of normal wearing both clips on the watch broke. I contacted Swatch Canada, only for them to return an email 3 months later. They offered to send a replacement clip. I requested for a refund or exchange as I was worried the same thing was going to happen to the new watches. The material of the watches are flimsy and cheap. They scratched very easily. I would not recommend this product or this brand. After sending emails back and forth they offered to exchange for a different product. I had sent an email requesting for a different watch and I have yet to hear back and it's been 4 months since I last sent the email. I would not recommend this brand or product.

Requested a prepaid return packing for a Tissot Couturier Mechanical Watch trough the Tissot web site on October 18, 2022. I received an email confirmation 2 weeks ago but till today, no package arrived,A week ago, I reported my issue with my watch on their website. Still no reply after one week.Today, called Swatch Group. Finally after third attempt I received a person on the switch board. Left my phone number and name, so far nobody returned my call.The message on the recorder is really hard to understand. This should be an international company, taking care of customers? I am wondering that someone can provide 5 stars?

Very disappointed with the level of service. I had battery in my Omega replaced in 2020 and then again in September 2021 only to find out a year later that the watch is not working properly. I have received estimate stating 'The movement is not performing to the factory specification'. As per the estimate, they provide a 24 months warranty for a complete or partial service, however I had to pay for a battery replacement in 2021, which was supposed to be under warranty. This time they completely refused to exchange the battery stating that problem is not a battery, but the movement. So 24 months warranty means absolutely nothing, have to pay all the time. Additionally, it took 3 emails and 2 phone calls for Customer Service to call back. And this is not first time I am experiencing this, previously for Tissot watches, same comment in the estimate 'The movement is not performing to the factory specification'.

Incompetent. Waste of time and be prepared to be screwed over by broken promises. Highly recommended not to use the “screwed up” Swatch group!

Brought in my Hamilton Khaki Navy Scuba after the lume pip fell off on the ceramic bezel. They fixed the bezel under warranty without issue. Took 3.5 weeks. Just picked it up today. Staff were very friendly and helpful during both visits. Satisfied with the experience overall.

I have had the pleasure of using Toronto Swatch Group offices for several services of watches from different brands under the Swatch umbrella. Always professional, always polite and always looking for a solution, even when an older watch could not be repaired. I will be happily returning when another service is needed.FYI, services take time, there just isn't an abundance of highly skilled watch makers. So be patient and look forward to a watch that is as good as new.

Swatch group helped me to fix my Tissot, for no cost and job was done perfectly. The only negative side is hard to park near the building and long service time. However, it is totally worth it
