Dannie was so thorough, went through the whole house we were looking at. Did an amazing inspection and walk through with us. Would highly recommend.

I had a very short notice appointment for my home inspection and luckily Danny was able to help me up. He was flexible with the hours as things had to be moved around. Danny greeted me at the door and explained everything he had done before my arrival. We then walked throughout the house; he showed me problem areas, areas that needed to be fixed eventually and areas that were in great shape. This was my first home inspection process and Danny spoke to me in terms I could understand. He also was incredibly patient with all my questions and thinking out loud. I like how payment could be done via etransfer. Nice, quick, easy and simple. Danny was also available via text whenever I needed him - which is so much better then playing phone tag!!Thank you Danny!! If I ever need another inspection, you’ll be the first I call!!

I really liked how Danny was patient and walked me through every part of the inspection. Showed me what he seen and what I would need to do to correct the issues. And was honest with what he couldn’t see in the middle of January in Saskatchewan. Answered all my questions and would also back track if I needed more information. Made sure everything worked while I was there. Overall made me confident in going further on the purchase of the home.

Danny was able to walk both my dad and I through the house I was purchasing. He was on time, and very knowledgeable. He understands his customers and is very easy to speak with. He will do his best to explain things in a way that makes sense to the purchaser, and will be very direct in what needs attention. Danny was able to provide a full and very detailed report for me on the same day of inspection, a quality report that had his recommendations of contractors. I had Ross as our home inspector in this March He did an excellent job. He explained things very well and had a very detail report.I have been living the house for a few months and do not have any issue with the house. I purposely wait for a while after moving the house to write this review, so I write this review with full confident to say HE IS VERY GOOD.
