When ever I have brought my bike it I have been thoroughly taken care of. I have an older Nike about 14 years old and am still pretty new to riding and any questions I have even if they might be small are answered. Have brought the bike in multiple times for service and have always been taken care of immediately. Brought it in after I bailed off it and felt the rear end binding hard. Was on the stand within 10 min and adjusted and back to normal wasn't in the store 30 min. Have purchased a new bike and with the pandemic and stock the process is longer then I would have hoped but every interaction I have had with King Street has been amazing!

I had a 5 year old NORCO bike (Indie 4 model), and last year break snapped and it became wobbly at the handling (loose joints i think) and now a flat tyre. I looked up the availability at King Street cycles and Lori said i can come in right away. I took the bike in expecting to come back in 2 or 3 days.Andy took a look and identified right away what needs to be done and did all that was needed in 30 minutes. He is so thorough, knows his stuff and above all passionate of what he does. In under an hour i was back at my house riding the bike.Now it rides like new.Thanks Andy and thanks we still have some businesses like King Street Cycles, where we can see the difference between big box stores and the business run by committed people within our communities.Thanks King Street Cycles.

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. More than fair pricing for repairs. Have been in on a few occasions, picked up some winter socks and a Jersey, both fit well, were comfortable and show little to no signs of wear after multiple uses!

Absolutely lovely experience in every way.I visited 3 times and talked an ear off asking questions before making my purchase and was always given a surplus of patience and was met by informed answers.Literally everything is out of stock, which you should just go in knowing. It's a global shortage, which a small business like this has no control over. (Big box stores have some stock, but I believe they are carrying much inferior product that you can't really compare.)They were more than accommodating in making sure I had everything I needed before leaving, with a plan in place for anything they were out of stock with, and a clearly communicated timeline for when to expect things.Prices are slightly higher than you might pay elsewhere, but they aren't corporate lizards who couldn't care less about you, which personally more than makes up the difference.Genuine people who genuinely care about getting you what you need, making genuine efforts to accommodate during a global shortage of bike parts. Couldn't recommend more highly based off my experience. Will not go anywhere else as long as I live in kw.
