Went fishing here both today and yesterday, it’s a really nice nature spot in the middle of the city. It’s pretty clean too (for the most part), be sure to check out the nature trails to get away from the crowds in the popular areas

Awesome little walk thru the city. Almost forget that ur in the city. It can be a long walk if you want because it connects to several little trails.

This park is amazing for a family outing. The lake is serene and the picnic tables are plentiful. Long trails that take you to a bridge in a forest area and also to the Milne Dam. Tons of parking and this place is free on weekdays. Weekends can get busy and you may have to wait to get in as you have to pay for entry. Highly recommend visiting this park.

Such a peaceful spot. The addition of the bridge that connects the trails from the conservation area to Markham Road is amazing. This opens up access to alot more trails to discover. Been visiting the Dam since I was a kid, to be able to walk through along the trails now many years later is great.

Recently our Milne dam park, upgraded their pathways and connected the trails into one beautiful trail. Well worth the walk. Lots of BirdLife, some deer, carp, salmon, beaver, racoons and otters, trout, bikers, hikers, and walkers, it's a great park. Well done city of Markham!

Milne Dam is inside the Milne Dam Conservation Park. They have a good parking lot inside the park. This is nice for a walk or biking. It has a wonderful trail and loop. It is suitable for all levels and ages. The trail is well maintained and the scenery is very beautiful. The two suspension bridges and the dam are great for photo shooting. They have many panic tables and benches for families to enjoy. It is free admission on weekdays. Better to go on a weekday because it’s free and not many people.

Walkable distance to suspension bridge and overlooking the Milne Dam. It's a beautiful place with a park nearby, picnic spot. Been there with family on a winter evening and spotted few deers near the river.
