I have left Enerspec numerous messages over the past few weeks to book the pre-retrofit energy evaluation and have not received a reply to any of them after I initially called them because they were the vendor I had selected on my Greener Homes grant application. We ended up going with EnerGuy because we know people who had them do the pre-retrofit evaluation, and they ACTUALLY PICK UP THE PHONE AND RETURN PEOPLE'S MESSAGES. Do not select EnerSpec for your pre-retrofit energy evaluation!
