The ladies who I have encountered that work here are quiet and down to business, likely because it is busy there! They are helpful if I have a question, though. The handmade samosa are so delicious and fresh! The fresh sweets always look amazing, but I have not tried any... yet! There is a small fresh produce area, and everything is always well priced and looks great. Did I mention the most delicious samosas?

I asked the clerk if the samosas were hot and she said no. Thank God they weren’t hot or I’d be dead. Ugh. I am sitting at home burning from the inside out. The pastry was so perfect. Just way way way too hot. The prices are great too. I wish I could have enjoyed it.

Best Samosas in Kitchener - Waterloo area.I am a big Samosa fan & love a good Samosa and Onkar Foods have the best in K-W area. They carry Indian groceries and also has a kitchen & sweet shop. We have tried some of their curries & found them really good.I am a repeat customer.

I visit Onkar routinely for the samosas. Just the best and crispiest samosa's i have ever tried and the sweets are just beautiful.

Small grocery shop with desi groceries and takeout snacks and sweet section. Food is always fresh and good. Cashiers are very humble and helpful. Would appreciate if they have more varieties and have groceries from other places in India too. Also they close at 8.00 which is a sad thing.

Good fresh indian fare food. Nice employees also. Only one Indian girl working in the back kitchen is racist but everyone else is really nice and helpful. Good prices for their kitchen food also. Hopefully it stays fair pricing. Thanks everyone working there.

I would say a decent Indian store. Although it doesn’t come anywhere close the the ones in Brampton, in terms of floor place, cleanliness or the amount of stuff they carry.

This shop is located in kitchener accessible to people in and around KWC region. They have a variety of Indian millets, spices and all types of flours used by Indians/ Mediterranean ppl. Some of their chapati/ Poori/parotta varieties can’t be seen in any other indian stores/ other supermarkets. If you’re a pickle lover, there are plenty of flavours to pick from and a whole lot of Spices and masala which Indians use in everyday life can only be bought here and in few other indian stores.A variety of indian snack items like samosa, vada, murukku, banana chips etc are available here. Also, their sweets need a special mention.. we tried some of them like Gulab jamun, Milk peda, kala jamun, etc.. all of them tasted great like the fresh sweets we used to have in India.Almost all types of cooking oils can be purchased. They also have some pooja items and diyas.. and also few varieties of apparels such as Chudithar materials,etc.Although the price is little high compared to other supermarkets, they have some of the unique collections of indian foods/groceries. Fresh veggies and fruits are also available. A lot of rice options here.

Great, fresh samosas! Also some ready to eat meals, just heat and serve - not for the plane-Jane-food, these have lots of flavour!!

A good spot to pick up all of your basic Indian groceries. Their Indian sweets and savouries counter have some really great options for you. Definitely give that a try. Especially the samosas!
