I stopped in unannounced for an emergency repair, and Jody and the guys found and fixed my oil leak in just under an hour. Showed me what was wrong, and looked over the rest of the car for me. Great shop, couldn’t have had a better experience. Don’t sell you any BS just good honest work at an affordable rate.

Brought my car in to see what was wrong with it. They told me it needed immediate attention. They took care of it quickly and reasonably! You can trust them! I have a 2009 fusion.

Was told that parts were replaced (air conditioning line) took to a place across the street and found out that there was not only no new part installed, but the refrigerant they did add was twice the amount needed and would not work. Made a separate trip back there to be told it was something totally different?? Also had control arms replaced and requested a front end alignment and they told me “didn’t need it”?? Lastly, they replaced an exhaust sensor for a check engine light and never reinstalled the hose. 2K worth of work and I had to take it to Busha motor to repair it correctly. I would advise a different auto repair company other than these guys.

I Have been taking my vehicles here since it was Ricks service center. Having been a heavy duty mechanic in the blue water area for over 20 years I know quality. I took my vehicle in for a power steering pump. I was told it was the rack and pinion that was bad. After over a week of no callbacks on the repair status and also getting my vehicle put on the back burner while I bummed rides to work, I finally get my car back, with extreme play in the steering. Jody said they forgot to tighten down the new rack and Pinion! Very dangerous. On top of that there was grease all over the inside of the door, B pillar, and headliner. It’s been just a couple weeks of increased pump noise and now all of a sudden I have no power steering, the power steering pump which was the original thing I thought was wrong was not even replaced. I will never take my car here ever again.

I usually do all my own work but I brought my car in for an alignment, was told I needed to do my inner tie rods, I went home and did them myself and they got me back in the next morning and put within an hour! Highly recommend.

So far great. Iv only been there once so im just waiting to see if it was fixed right or if i have to go back for the same or different problem. Josh was extremely friendly and explained what needed to be done. Jodi the owner seems like a honest worker and that is hard to find these days. Work was fast. Great local business.
