Nice place to shop.Always get some stuff for my daughter!!

Had some great new pieces on display, picked up a beautiful new silky Caftan dress for about 30 bucks! Looks like it would be ten times that price stylewise. Staff were present but not very helpful

I do enjoy shopping at this location. They have a good selection of clothes for the whole family. My only grip is I purchase a beautiful coat in the fall online but it was too big so I came in store to exchange it for their last size small. Which I’ve done several times before with no issues. Both the cashier and floor supervisor/or manager told me I was not allowed to exchange online orders, they said whoever processed exchanges made a mistake because they’re not allowed too. Low and behold in the online return policy, it clearly states you are allowed too! Wish I had doubled checked sooner because I would demanded they uphold the policy. Now I’m stuck with a very oversized coat that I still haven’t worn yet. I hope they start training all new staff properly on the return policies instead giving loyal customers a hard time. And they weren’t even nice about. They were kind of stand-offish. I haven’t been in to shop to much since.

Was looking for a short sleeve dress shirt in a mens small without summer prints for a funeral on a hot day. We left with a black collard golf tee. The staff were helpful in trying to find us something. The prices were decent.

Lots of 4-6 which tells me they're not selling. Especially in the sale section. Maybe focus on bringing in more 10-16 sizes.

Ah, is about yesterday's shopping, I received a real good price off, on themuch of $5.99 on a lovely item pricedonsale for $9.99 dollars.

Many of my clothing has come from H&M over the last few years (specifically their hoodies, cloth shorts, button up shirts, etc). The only downside for this location is that their mens section is quite lackluster compared to others, having had largely the same selection for the past year. Recently they have improved by bringing new items in (t-shirts, crew neck sweaters, swimming trunks), though I would like to see new items be swapped for ones that have sat for months (especially in the hoodie section).

The cashier was very rude. She left me by the till unattended while attending to other white customer. I Have never felt so disrespected since my stay in Canada.

Manager was rude! Very poor customer service!
