I as driven by car #52 of this company from airport to home on August 12. I took my wallet out to pay by credit card. In the rush to take out my luggage my wallet fell in the car.Contacted company in the morning of next day and they promised they will get back to me. Called in the evening and told me that they couldn't get in touch with the driver what seemed very weird.They told me to call office 9 to 5 what I will do tomorrow.Weird that they do not give the name and phone of the driver.

We were recently hit by a driver of one of their vehicles taking an illegal left turn on larkshore drive into traffic. The four prior speeding tickets the driver had, his complete lack of concern for the well being of the seniors in the car, and inability to see the no left turn sign placed right next to the traffic lights had me wondering what kind of operation Aaroport Limosine Services Ltd. was. So, I contacted the office on Saturday and was given the number of a Mr. Amrik, one of the management. When I called, Mr. Amrik, he stated that the company was completely unwilling to help the two seniors in the car, and that he would be fine with me quoting him on that. So, I'm doing it. Ask yourself before using this service if you want to deal with people who hire drivers with no concern for the law, with management with no concern for the public and indifference for the responsibility they should take for the actions of their employees. Also, their spelling isn't terribly good.

I booked a round trip taxi to and from Toronto Pearson Airport (Arriving and departing from the airport), but upon departing, they cancelled last minute. We picked up all our bags and were ready to leave at around 2am. So instead, we had to use one of the Airport Taxis. I had a family of 7 and we took a limo" by Zahavy Limousines.This was by far the WORST taxi experience.1) When the driver arrived

BEWARE: Avoid using this company services.The driver of limo #070, which we were on, were very rude. His driving make our stomach sick (kept pressing gas and brake all the time), and were swirling between 2 lanes in hwy 401.Driver asked us to pay him before we reached our destination, and then also FORCED us to pay tips at the end of the ride (which we dont want to, due to his driving), and make a comment that compensation and tips were all he cares about.We HAD TO pay him tips, because we felt really threatened by him and seriously considering calling 911 at the end of ride.I would never use this company service ever again.

I paid the driver with my credit card. He said it was declined and crumpled the receipt. My wife gave him her credit card. He said he keyed in the same information. We asked for the crumpled receipt and the second receipt. Upon review later he had increased the tip by 4 dollars. So we guess he was not happy with the original tip, cancelled my perfectly good card and put in his own tip on the second card.

I have never personally used their service for commuting to/from the airport, but I can definitely comment on this company's choice of employees.On average, I encounter a Zahavy vehicle on the highway/road every 2-3 days. Without exaggeration, I would say that 9/10 times, the driver makes some sort of illegal or dangerous maneuver. Typically, I can expect the driver to:(1) Change lanes without signalling or shoulder checking(2) Swerve in/out of lanes(3) Tailgate(4) Force their way into a lane or in front of a car when there is more than ample space to do so BEHIND the car(5) Run a red light.I understand the need to provide quick service to their customers, but I don't appreciate that this has to come at the cost of public safety.

Arrived at airport and limo offered immediately. Having used limo many times and checking standard rates to my area it is around $41 going to the airport cost only $36. By metered mini van.The Lexus was very nice and driver courteous. On arrival price was $58 I asked to see the chart and true enough their rate was $57 then he said pus $1 fuel surcharge? Really!Hard to understand the overcharge while their sites says we comply with GTAA RATES?Obviously I will never use this over priced service again. Customer lost for sure.

My driver seemed intoxicated, most terrifying car ride of my life. Had him drop me off as soon as possible and had to find another way home after calling the police. Driver indicated he had a precvious medical condition that kept him from driving for 4 years. The company should do more rigorous screening/continuous testing on their drivers. License/driver ZAH 87.

There is a reason these guys get bad reviews. They are scammers. Charged $15 for extra baggage (after leaving curb side which is not legal) even though it was a normal amount (we travel a lot) and then we are quite certain we left a bag with about $3,000 worth of stuff we kept calling and are fairly certain the driver kept it. Never use these guys. Spoke to another limo driver from another company and he said they are known as scammers (I appreciate he will want to say that, but I was leading him and asked general questions).

I've used Aaroport Services to travel to and from Pearson to the Downtown Core over 15 times in the last 6 months and I've only ever had one issue. Their customer service was very quick and polite when handling the issue and it was remedied within a day.I highly recommend using the service if you're flying into Pearson. The drivers have always been helpful and considerate and the cars are always clean!
