Jim from W & J, a furnace technician came today to look at our furnace they installed 10 years ago. He had good news for us.I was told by Action furnace 2 months ago I needed a part replaced after they did some duct cleaning. He said the part cost would be covered by Carrier but not the labour which would be $1800.00. Then one of their furnace salesman called and tried to sell me a furnace using scare tactics.Jim from W & J just verified the part needs replacing but Carrier would pay all parts and labour with no cost to us. He saved us $1800 dollars or worse the other company almost had me convinced we needed a new furnace.If your looking for an honest furnace place and not a used car salesman call W & J.

We had had a problem with one of our Carrier furnaces at our home this month. The very next day of my warranty service request call, they fixed the issues of the vent motor within thirty minutes in front of me. A service tech named Jim was kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about his job.

Our furnace stopped producing heat. Called W&J before 7am, and my call was answered within 2 rings. Someone came out the same day, did a quick replacement of a part for us, and even replaced our thermostat at our request in the same appointment. Very reasonably priced, and excellent service. Highly recommend!

The team at W&J are fantastic! Their warranty servicing has been prompt, and their prices on A/C unit install is better than other quotes from Calgary based companies. I truly appreciate the level of service that each of their techs and even the owner has provided us in recent months.
